I Am A "REALIST"

Life have taught me many things
It has never taught me to see color or black & white skin for that matter
Life has taught me how to be well rounded
Never dumb to the fact that there are realist & bullshitters, good & evil
All are apart of whats real, what is going on today
Things we see before us is just a glimpse of what the majority refuse to open their sight too
Mother Nature nourish the earth
While Father Time passes the stage of time & space
Which let us all know that "Time wait's for no one"
If I could tell part of my life long story it would take hours
So I guess I'll stick to the shorter version of "Seeing, Hearing, and Speaking No Evil"
I am a "Realist"
For those of you who need to be enlighten on what that word means here YOU go

Realist:

1.a person who tends to view or represent things as they really are.

3.Philosophy . an adherent of realism.

4.of or pertaining to realism or to a person who embodies its principles or practices: the realist approach to social ills; realist paintings.

I DO NOT sugarcoat anything for NO ONE
Not even for my own children
Like I said in the beginning "LIFE" has taught me a lot of things
You CAN NOT live forever so enjoy your life while you can
Learn to cherish the simple things in life, because those are the things that will keep you happy
Be grateful for what God give as well as grace you with each day
ALL IN ALL BE THANKFUL FOR THE LITTLE THINGS & YOU WILL BE BLESSED WITH BIGGER & BETTER
Things in life can throw you for a loop so be READY AT ALL TIMES
Learn to expect the EXPECTED & UNEXPECTED you never know what your going to see or get
If you fall it's alright because you can always get up, dust yourself and your shoulders off, & continue on the path you where on
Admit to your own wrong/dirt before trying to dig/throw someone else's dirt in the air
REMEMBER: YOU TOO, YOURSELF HAVE DIRTY LAUNDRY THAT NEEDS TO BE WASHED CLEANED & AIRED OUT
Never point fingers because when you do they have so many more pointed back at you
Learn to not only hear but listen
You don't want to miss out on knowledge that you could pass on to another person Maybe even your own children
Children aren't as slow as we think they are
Learn to give them credit for much more than what we give them
They too posses ADULT EMOTIONS & FEELINGS (way much more than what we think)
REMEMBER: THEIR HEARTS ARE PURE, LIKE ANGLES
NEVER SAY NEVER OR IT CAN'T HAPPEN TO ME!
You never know the minute you say NEVER maybe the minute your whole entire life can turn around
Always remember where you came from
Most of us had to start from the bottom to get to the top or where we are today
Taking shortcuts isn't always the answer
Those same short cuts are usually the same cuts that get you in a world of trouble
Everyone that say they are a GROWN ASS MAN/WOMAN IS NOT GROWN
Getting dick/pussy don't make your ass grown
Having children, a car, a job, your own room, your own phone line, a computer with your own internet etc.and living with your parents DOES NOT MAKE YOU GROWN
It may make you an ADULT but not grown
Having, owning, and paying stuff with your NAME on it gives you much more RESPONSIBILITY as being an ADULT/GROWN ASS MAN/WOMAN
The saying "BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER" does not always apply or work with every family
However the saying "A FAMILY THAT PRAYS TOGETHER STAYS TOGETHER" does work
Family is what YOU make of it (SO EMBRACE THEM & LOVE THEM FOR WHO THEY ARE)
God is still & yet working on all of us
Live,Laugh,Love is the key elements to an Enjoyable You
Every man/woman is not fit or meant to be FATHER/MOTHER material
When a parent love their child(ren) they tell them and let them know right from wrong
Regardless if it hurts at times they know that they are raising them with a FIRM HAND
Spare not the rod, You spoil a child
Raising your children with "FAMILY VALUES/MORELS" is a MUST
Being a single parent is no different than being a parent with a mate (husband/wife)
We still have to work just as hard to raise our children, keep home (being a housewife/husband), be able to cook & clean, do a job,help with home work, and you know what in the sheets
Children love when you take time out with them
It doesn't matter what your doing as long as your there showing them your interested in the things that they like & love
Learn not be be afraid to tell your children "I LOVE YOU" saying those 3 words make a huge difference
Parents are also Uncle's, Aunt's, and Grandparent's
ABUSE is more than just slapping and hitting someone
If he/she say "BABY I LOVE YOU & I PROMISE NOT TO PUT MY HANDS ON YOU AGAIN" know that MOST of the time IT IS NOT TRUE
Abuse starts off small and if it's not STOPPED when it first starts IT WILL GET WORSE
Sometimes 911 is a joke but call and hang up I'M SURE THEY WILL BE AT YOUR DOOR KNOCKING IT DOWN
There are GOOD cops out there
Everyone that say they are your friend IS NOT
A friend is someone that could come to you no matter what, good, bad, ugly and let you know whats on their mind
The saying "RESPECT ME & I WILL RESPECT YOU" is true
But what about when someone see that your not respecting yourself
Show that you respect the person you are and people will see you for who you are
So a man thinketh so is he
MEANING: IF YOU THINK YOU ARE, THEN YOU ARE!
Crying washes away a lot of hurt & sorrow. So it's alright to do so
It's not a bad thing to Vent
Keep in mind its your outlet for letting off some steam
It's not good to always post whats going on in your HOUSE/HOME on the Would Wide Web a.k.a. the internet and public forums
Know that the saying: "NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THE HANDICAP" is a TRUE STATEMENT
Nine times out of ten, they are much more smarter & stronger
Never go looking for something your not ready to find out
That may be the same thing that will tear your life apart (emotionally, physically, & mentally)
Physical scars can heal with/in time
It's the emotional scars that need the most time to heal
Learn to be HONEST with yourself first before trying to be or tell someone to be HONEST with the things they do
Lies always come to the light
Some people lie so much until they start to believe their own bullshit & start living their own lies
I heard someone say "STAND IN THE MIRROR, COUNT BACKWARDS FROM 10, IF YOU CAN NOT STAND THE SIGHT OF YOUR OWN FACE THEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND IF YOU CAN THEN YOUR FINE"
Learn to give, most of the time it's better than receiving
Know that you are BLESSED, BETTER THAN BLESS so give God the glory & thanks WHY?
BECAUSE GOD GIVES US A GIFT EVERY SINGLE DAY "LIFE!"

These are just a few of "Life Lessons" I have learned
Not only as a child but as an Adult/Grown Woman

LET ME SAY THIS ONCE MORE "I AM A REALIST" SO GET WITH IT
IF YOU CAN'T KEEP IT REAL THEN START LEARNING HOW TO BE REAL
BECAUSE EVERYTHING YOU DO STARTS & BEGIN AT HOME
